Pam: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Pam, Practice Manager

Pam joined our clinic as practice manager in the fall of 2008.  She graduated from Texas A & M University. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two human children, as well as her two four-legged children, Roxy and Bella.

Kris: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Kris, Kennel Staff/Groomer

Kris has been working with us since 2000 as a kennel technician. She is interested in anything related to animals. Her hobbies include arts and crafts, training her dogs, training and driving her pony, as well as raising Nigerian Dwarf goats.

Deborah: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Deborah, Technician

Deborah began working with us in 2009 and has over 20 years of veterinary experience.  She has a special interest in emergency care and likes keeping up with the latest in veterinary medicine.  She enjoys spending time with her family and has a special interest in computers. She is frequently found on Facebook.

Jimmie: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Jimmie, Receptionist/Technician

Jimmie joined Belton Small Animal Clinic in 2012.  She has over 15 years of experience in the veterinary field. Jimmie is a receptionist/technician.  She married her high school sweetheart and they have seven kids.  They also have a Chihuahua named Roby, a Mastiff-Ridgeback-mix named Honee, and a Doberman Pincher named Baltimore.  Jimmie enjoys shopping and spending time with her family.

Jerod: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Jerod, Kennel Staff

Jerod is a 2017 graduate of Belton High School. Throughout his high school career, he successfully showed and raised sheep, goats and dogs. He has three dogs of his own; Duke, Daisy, and Jax all of which he considers his children. Jerod attends Tarleton State University majoring in Agriculture Education. Jerod wants to become an Agriculture teacher, to make the same positive impact on students that his teachers did on him.

Robin: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Robin, Receptionist

Robin joined BSAC in August 2015. She moved to Belton in 1991 with her husband Michael.  Together they owned and operated a general contracting company, and Dooley's Pool Hall. Robin has been a client of Belton Small Animal Clinic for years. Growing up, Robin wanted to become a veterinarian so getting to work in vet clinic is the next best thing to her dream job. Robin has a black English Lab, Lily, and three cats— Jinx, Hissy and Hazy. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, fishing, hockey, and watching old movies. Additionally, she plays on teams in two billiards leagues, 9 ball and a ladies 8 ball.

Susan: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Susan, Kennel Staff/Groomer

Susan is a lover of all animals. We are very happy to have her as part of our BSAC kennel staff. Currently, Susan has two mutts and two Cockatiels, who just had three chicks—she considers herself their bird granny. Susan also enjoys pet sitting for neighbors.

Eric: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Eric, Kennel Staff

Eric is currently a student at Belton High School. He loves to work with animals, especially dogs. His hobbies including watching movies and eating hot wings. Eric has one dog at home who loves to sit and watch "The Hobbit" with him.

Candy: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Candy, Receptionist

Candy joined BSAC with over twenty years in customer service experience. She recently made the decision to pursue her passion of working with animals. She has earned an entry level Veterinary Assistant certificate at CTC and is eager to further her education to learn as much as she can about working with all types of animals. She and her husband Charlie have three children, and one grandson. Candy and Charlie also have two Chihuahuas, one Boxer, one Papillon, one Miniature Pinscher, two cats, three Finches, and one Cockatiel. She believes a family is not complete with out a pet or two. Candy's free time is spent with her family, doing photography, going fishing, and relaxing at the coast.

Baylee: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Baylee, Receptionist

Baylee joined BSAC in November 2016. She graduated from Belton High School. This is Baylee's first job in the vet field, but she has grown up learning about pets from her mom, Jimmie. Baylee has one handsome, medium hair cat named Raiven, who she loves to pieces. She wants to put her passion for animals to good work here at the clinic. 

Cindy: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Cindy, Technician

Cindy recently joined BSAC as a technician. You may have seen her at the clinic since she has been a client for a long time. She is a retired firefighter/paramedic. Cindy still cares for patients but now they have four legs instead of two. She loves to read and travel with her husband. Cindy has two Golden Retrievers and three cats.

Nubia: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Nubia, Technician

Nubia joined BSAC in January 2017. She graduated from Texas A&M University in June 2016 with a Bachelor's of Science in Wildlife and Fisheries. Nubia is a true animal lover who shares her home with two dogs, a Poodle named Snowball and a Beagle mix named Asami, and three Guinea Pigs— Pascal, Perry, and Po. During her free time, Nubia enjoys spending time with her family, going to the movies, and taking walks with her dogs.

Tera: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Tera, Technician

Tera joined BSAC in 2017 as a technician. She was born in San Bernardino, California and moved to Belton, where she graduated from Belton High School in 2010. In high school, Tera was involved with the FFA where she showed market hogs for two years, and was on the poultry, equine, and Vet Tech Teams. Tera graduated from Temple College in 2013, and in October 2015 graduated from the Vet Tech Institute of Houston. She is an avid "bully" lover and owns one American Bulldog. Besides working at BSAC, you will see Tera at the Animal Emergency Center of Temple. 

Trevor: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Trevor, Technician

Trevor joined BSAC in the summer of 2017. He is currently studying  biology at Temple College. He eventually would like to be an entomologist or a herpetologist. Trevor moved to Central Texas from Oklahoma. He enjoys playing tennis and loves big dogs, especially Pitbulls.

Miranda: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Miranda, Technician

We would like to welcome Miranda to our family at BSAC. Miranda is currently a senior at Tarleton State University where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis on animal science/pre-vet. After graduation in May, she plans to attend a veterinary medical school. Miranda has five years experience as a technician and is certified as a veterinary assistant, level 1. Miranda has two dogs. She also loves horses, fishing, going to the lake, and spending time with her family. 

Kolby: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Kolby, Kennel Staff

Kolby visits Belton Small Animal Clinic weekly as part of the Belton High School Work Based Learning program. This program provides students with real-life, functional experiences in a natural environment during on-site vocational training. He assists the kennel staff with their morning duties. Kolby is a great addition to our staff.

Jo: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Jo, Technician

Jo first came to BSAC as a client when she moved with her husband and son to Texas in 2009. She is originally from Binghampton, New York. She graduated from Johnson College in 2000 with a degree in Veterinary Science Technology. Jo interned at Cornell University and was licensed by the state of New York in 2000. She worked at a clinic in Connecticut for five years before she decided to take time off to raise her family. Along with her husband and son, Jo has four cats. Her hobbies include photography, tennis, reading and of course she loves animals.

Anissa: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Anissa, Technician

Anissa is one of our technicians at BSAC. She graduated from Texas A&M in May 2017 with a BS in Biomedical Sciences. She plans to continue her education to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. Anissa enjoys spending her free time with her faithful Labrador Retriever, Cookie. Her hobbies include watching movies, playing soccer, and painting.

Alysan: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Alysan, Technician Assistant

Alyson Graduated from Harker Heights High School in 2016 and attended Tarleton State University for one year. She currently resides in Temple with her boyfriend, Leo. Alyson and Leo have three pets, a service dog, Hamilton, who is a Catahoula, Dreamer, a lab mix, and Patches, the Betta fish. Alyson’s goal is to become a full-time dog trainer and/or be heavily involved in rescue work. She says her life is surrounded by dogs, and she wouldn't have it any other way.

Tommy: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Tommy, Kennel Staff

Tommy recently moved from Brownfield to Belton to be closer to his mother, Susan. In Brownfield, he was known to take every stray dog around. Tommy loves to make things with his hands and has made intricate bowls, wood furniture and can fix almost anything. He also likes to spend time outside hiking.

Ashley: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Ashley, Receptionist

Ashley is starting her new career path at Belton Small Animal Clinic. Her husband is an active duty soldier stationed at Fort Hood. They have two dogs, Oakley, a Doberman, and Lilith, an Australian Shepherd. During her free time, Ashley loves spending time with her family and friends. Her interests include music, art, traveling, and of course, animals.

McKenna: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

McKenna, Kennel Staff

McKenna joined BSAC in July 2018 as part of our kennel staff. She is currently a high school student and plans to study the genetics of cattle when she goes to college. She has a dog named Jake and several goats.

Kelsey: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Kelsey is originally from Houston, Tx, lived in Idaho for 14 years and now is back in Central Texas. She plans to attend McLennan Community College to obtain a degree in radiology. Kelsey has one dog named Ranger and a cat named Binx! Welcome Kelsey.

Addie: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Addie, Kennel Staff

Addie joined our kennel staff during the summer of 2018. She is currently a junior at Belton High School. Addie loves spending time with her family. She has two siblings and 6 dogs. She loves taking care of animals and that is an asset working at BSAC.

Darrielle: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

We would like to welcome Darrielle, also goes by “D”, to our kennel staff. Darrielle is a true Texan born in Beaumont and raised in Central Texas. She is currently studying Biology/Pre-Vet. In her free time, she likes to read, play the violin and she is a former volleyball player. Darrielle has two dogs – Kandy Brulee and Karly Bleu. Welcome to BSAC!

Debra: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Debra, Kennel Staff

Debra has joined our kennel staff! She is a local girl being born and raised in Belton. Before joining BSAC, Debra volunteered at a horse ranch for two years. She enjoys training her dogs, hiking, video games, reading, drawing and listening and playing music. She is currently learning to play the violin. Debra has two dogs and one cat that also keep her busy. We are excited to have Debra join our staff.

Alexandra: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Alexandra, Kennel Staff

Alexandra, better known as Alex, recently joined BSAC working in our kennel. Alex is from Temple and is currently attending Belton High School where she is studying to be a vet tech. Alex and her family have an English Mastiff, a boxer and a hedgehog. She enjoys fishing at the coast every chance she gets. Alex is fortunate to have family residing in Australia, so family trips occur every couple of years. Welcome Alex!

Savannah: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Savannah, Kennel Staff

Savannah is one a new addition to our kennel staff. She is a senior at Belton High School studying to be a vet tech. Savannah has been a volunteer at Belton Vet Clinic and an intern at Lakewood Vet Clinic. She loves hiking, playing the ukulele and any activity on the adventurous side. Savannah was born deaf, but it has not stopped her to succeed in life. Her family has 2 dogs – Romeo and Diamond. Welcome Savannah!

Yasmeen: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Yasmeen, Technician

We are happy to welcome Yasmeen to BSAC. Yasmeen is from Temple, Tx and received her Veterinary Technology degree from MCC in Waco. She has been interning the last three years at several local clinics. In her free time, she enjoys watching Anime, movies and listening to rock and k-pop music. Yasmeen has a turtle named Poseidon, a cat named Goldfish and two dogs, Ashes and Bullet. Yasmeen’s interest lies in reptiles and other exotic animals and would eventually like to work at a wildlife sanctuary. Welcome to BSAC!

Mary: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Mary, Receptionist

Mary is our newest receptionist. She is originally from Detroit, Michigan and has been in Central Texas for six years.  She has worked in the medical field for the past 15 years. Mary and her boyfriend, Scott, enjoy camping, hiking, traveling and classic car shows. Lucy is Mary’s 3 year old dog and Bennie is a 7 year old parrot. Welcome Mary!

Arlicia: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Arlicia, Technician

We would like to welcome Arlicia to our BSAC family. She is originally from North Carolina and has been in Central Texas since 2013. Arlicia has an associate degree in General Studies and has worked with Texas Vets for Pets. She is married to Richard and they have a 3 year old daughter named Aaryn. Her family also includes 2 cats and 4 dogs. In her free time, Arlicia enjoys reading, watching Dr. Who and working with animal rescues. Welcome.

Tommy: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Tommy, Kennel Staff

Tommy is originally from Tennessee. He has lived in Belton since he retired from the military in 2008. He is married to his wife of 30 years, has one daughter, Katie, who is in graduate school and planning her wedding, and 3 pets – Dottie the Catahoula, Hunter a Labrador along with Whiskers the cat. In his free time, Tommy enjoys golf, boating, physical fitness and watching sporting events.

Marissa: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Marissa, Receptionist

Marissa joined BSAC in January 2019 as part of our reception team. She is a local girl having been born and raised in Belton. Marissa enjoys hiking, swimming, working out and spending time with family and friends. Her best friend is D-Bo who is a 4-year-old Great Dane/Heeler mix who was found at 3 weeks old abandoned under a house. Marissa will fit right in with our staff. Welcome, Marissa.

Angleia: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Angleia, Technician Assistant

Angleia is originally from Korea and has been in Central Texas for 30 years. She joins BSAC as a Technician Assistant. Angleia has 3 children, 2 dogs, 2 hedgehogs, 4 rabbits, and 7 rats. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking and enjoys a good costume party. Welcome Angleia.

We would like to welcome Britten to BSAC as part of our technician staff. She is originally from Temple and graduated from MCC as a Veterinary Technician. In her free time, Britten likes to spend time with friends, family and her two dogs, Scout and Bo.

Aimee: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Aimeé, Kennel Staff

Aimeé is originally from Lafayette, Louisiana and has been in Central Texas for three years. Aimeé is part of FFA in high school so she has plenty of experience with livestock. In her free time, she enjoys riding dirtbikes.

Brianna: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Brianna is a new addition to our kennel staff. She was born in Houston but has lived her entire life in Central Texas. Brianna takes part in the vet medicine classes in high school and has wanted to be a veterinarian since she was 6 years old. She has 1 dog, Molly, and enjoys roller skating and skateboarding.

Lee: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

Lee, Technician

We would like to welcome one of our newest technicians, Lee, to our clinic.  Lee is originally from Lansing, Michigan and the military brought her and her family to Central Texas. After her husband retired from the military, they decided to stay in Texas. Lee graduated from MCC in Aug 2015 and has been working ever since. Besides her husband of 33 years, Lee’s family consists of 2 sons, 1 daughter-in-law, 2 grandchildren, 2 horses, 2 dogs and 2 cats. In her free time, Lee enjoys crafts, horseback riding, woodworking and working on their property. Welcome Lee!

Kali: Veterinary Support Staff in Belton

We would like to welcome Kali to our BSAC family. Kali is originally from Oklahoma but has lived in Central Texas for the last 5 1/2 years. She is currently attending school to become a certified vet tech. In her free time, Kali enjoys hiking, camping and photography. Kali has 2 dogs a Red Husky named Lola and a Chocolate Lab mix named Juneau. Welcome Kali!

Alicia, Kennel Staff

Alicia is a local gal who was born and raised in Central Texas and graduated from Tarleton State University with a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science. She enjoys hiking, reading and being on the lake whenever she has a chance. Alicia has four “furbabies” – a cat, Harley, and dogs, Tuff, Double Stuff and Tootsie Roll. She is a self-proclaimed adrenaline junkie with skydiving next on her list. Welcome, Alicia!

Kimberly, Technician

Kimberly has joined BSAC to be a part of our technician staff. She is originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana and has been in the Belton area for a little over a year. She is a registered vet tech through PennFoster. In her free time, Kim enjoys floating on the river, going to gun ranges and hiking with her three dogs. Her and her husband are expecting their first child, Warren Scott, who will join their 3 dogs, 2 cats and 1 iguana in the near future.

Sharon, Technician

Sharon has joined our veterinary technician staff. She is originally from El Paso and has been in Central Texas for over eight years. She has worked as a vet tech for over 5 years. She has 3 pets at home, a dog, cat and a bird. Sharon enjoys traveling, reading, loves anything with wildlife and exotics and enjoys writing. Her nickname is the “Punisher” because she is a master of puns!

Angelica, Kennel Staff

Angelica is originally from North Carolina and has been in Central Texas for almost a year. You will see her in the kennel and will also be a part-time groomer. Angelica is hoping to continue her education to become a psychologist/counselor. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, swimming and watching tv with her two boys. A fun fact about Angelica is that she can “Name That Tune” in a few moments of listening to a song from many eras and genres. We may have to test her on that skill. Welcome, Angelica.
