Meet Our Talented Veterinary Team in Belton

Aaron Schultze, DVM

Dr. Aaron Schultze is a 1998 Texas A&M graduate. He has worked as a veterinarian for many hospitals in the Central Texas area, including managing an emergency hospital for eight years and owning his own practice for nine.

Dr. Schultze specializes in small animal medicine and also treats exotic animals and pocket pets. He & his wife, Kelly, live on a farm with many pets & livestock, including his favorite dog, a Pug named Mongo. Dr. Schultze and Kelly are the proud parents of four adult children will become grandparents in 2026.

Lesley Holidy, DVM

Dr. Lesley Holidy grew up in Navasota, Texas, and graduated from the Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1993. Her career has included mixed animal medicine in Arkansas and has since focused on small animal medicine for dogs and cats in Belton.

Dr. Holidy enjoys living in Belton and appreciates its small-town atmosphere. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her animals, including a dog, a cat, and a horse.

Ariel Castillo, DVM

Dr. Ariel Castillo was born and raised in Amarillo, Texas, and has dreamed of becoming a veterinarian since she was six years old. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from Texas Tech University before graduating from the Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine.
